Website Care Terms

Plan capacity, queue priority, inclusions, exclusions, billing, grace period, and offboarding for Website Care.

Draft structure only. Final legal wording is not confirmed and must be approved before launch.

Care plans (owner-approved business rules — counsel draft)

Essential Care $99/month (1 active request, standard priority), Business Care $179/month (up to 2 active requests, elevated priority), and Priority Care $299/month (up to 3 active requests, highest normal priority).

Website Care is not a monthly request-count allowance. Plans set active-request capacity, scheduling priority, and service level. Additional requests enter the customer’s queue rather than being rejected. Requests do not expire when a billing month ends.

Priority affects what work is taken next. It does not interrupt work already underway. Customers who have already waited retain fairness and seniority.

Billing and cancellation (draft)

Website Care is month-to-month with no long-term contract at launch. Cancel anytime; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No prorated refund by default unless DM Media makes an exception.

Failed payments use a 7-calendar-day grace period (Day 0 / Day 3 / Day 6 notices). On Day 7, Care pauses if still unpaid; queued requests pause but are not deleted. Successful payment restores Care.

Hosting, domain registration, business email, paid plugins, and third-party fees remain separate unless a future agreement includes them.

Attorney-approved Website Care terms must replace this draft before launch.
